    JeJu island has big volcano in the middle of island.The volcano's name is Hallasan.Hallasan is a shield volcano on Jeju island of South Korea.Hallasan is the highest moutain of South Korea. The area around the mountain is a designated national park, the Hallasan national park.That volcano's height is 1950m.

    JeJu island has three famous thing.Onething is stone other is girl and the other thing is wind.

    First, this island is volcano island so all of the land is covered by basalt.

    So we can see many stone everywhere in this island.

    These wall is all made by basalt stone.These wall defend house from wind.
    These island have many tradition oranges.
    These orange looks like this island's volcano,
    so these orange is called halla bong.
    When you will be in this island, you will can't see high building.Because this island has very big winds. So there's cause of many stone walls.
    The lost famous thing is girl.The girls are not beautiful and pretty they are all old.But they can do special thing.They can swim at sea. They catch calm that cling at the stone in the sea. They don't use oxygen bottle.They hold their breath.





    Any way there's some beautiful tourist attractions.


    History of the Je-Ju island
    Je-Ju island was small country that called Tam Na Guk. (Guk means country in Korean)
    Tam Na Guk is small country so there's no many soldiers.
    So Tam Na Guk was obedience to the other country in Korea.
    (There was three different countries called Baekje, Silla and Go Ku Rye.)
